This year I finally learned to skydive. I made a jump for charity when I was
17 and promised myself that I'd carry on someday, and experience freefall.
I got the chance to do so with the great instructors at
Parachutisme Nouvel Air in May, while working here in Montreal. I've now bought my
own rig, jumpsuit etc., and done
jumps.
The 1998 season started for us on 26th April Nouvel Air, and it feels good to be back- I feel even stronger and more relaxed than last season, and I think I'm going to enjoy myself this year.
If you haven't jumped before and wonder just why anyone would want to, or if you're a skydiver yourself and feel like a chat, drop me a line- it's a subject I never get bored talking about :)
